Prices of Products

Prices shown are subject to change. We will notify you before processing the order if any products ordered are affected. "Specials", dress forms, mannequins and other regular products are updated as soon as possible when they change, however with over 3000 products, it is not always possible to have the current pricing posted on all items. Please call for current pricing 1-800-779-1566. If unable to confirm prior to shipping, orders will be filled at current prices and specifications.

Small Order Charge:

A $15.00 small order charge may be added to some orders under $100.00 in addition to freight charges (and any applicable taxes - CO, NY, CA). Please call to verify any additional costs in your area.

Returns and Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Items are returnable, but must be approved by Manne-King. Returned items must be in original cartons and in new condition. Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization from Manne-King. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Custom ordered items, large ticket items such as showcases, slatwall and some other products are not returnable. Please inquire before ordering.

Payment Terms:

Check - Prepay by business or pre-approved personal check (no counter checks please)!
Credit Card - MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover
Open Account - Net 30 days for established accounts, Federal, State and Local governments. Custom and special ordered products may require a deposit or prepayment.

Freight Charges:

Prices are F.O.B. origin (shipping charges not included). Shipments will be made by UPS where possible or the best method determined by our shipping department.

UPS and FED EX
Most merchandise will be shipped UPS or Fed Ex. Manne-King will determine charges for customers based on our volume pricing.

Shipping Damages or Shortages:

UPS Shipments
Customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery for damage or shortage. Call Manne-King to dispatch UPS to inspect damage and have it returned. DO NOT throw away shipping boxes, UPS will need to inspect these to process your claim.

Truck - Motor Freight Shipments

Motor Freight

For merchandise shipped via truck, Manne-King will determine the freight charges and send a quote for approval before processing the order.

Manne-King will file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement for any damaged goods. Inspect your shipment for damages before signing the delivery receipt (bill of lading)!Customer must note any damage on the bill of lading when accepting a shipment or the carrier will not assume responsibility for the damage and refuse to reimbursement you for the damage. We suggest that you refuse any damaged shipments.Concealed damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt to Manne-King, Inc. All cartons and packaging materials must be available for inspection - No exceptions.

Please be aware that the Motor Freight delivering carrier is only responsible to have the shipment to the tailgate of their truck. It is up to the receiver to arrange removal from the truck to their building. You may however, for an additional charge, specify inside delivery. You may also request the carrier call 24 hours before delivery at an additional charge so you may arrange for help at the delivery site for unloading the shipment.
